The Land of Enchantment RV Fly-In - Las Cruces, NMAs reported here, the Cougar Landing RV Fly-In was a huge success. A significant portion of that success if being attributed to the promotional information that Doug Reeves posted on the VAF - WWW website. The next RV fly-in is scheduled for September 14, 15, & 16 in Lac Cruces, NM. Doug is doing similar promotion for the Land of Enchantment RV Fly-In. So... it should be a very worthwhile event. This happens to be a good place in the website to call your attention to it. Do you wonder how you go about reserving an N number while it is under construction, or certifying your aircraft when it is completed? Do you have questions on how much commercial assistance you can receive on building your aircraft? Do you wonder what forms you need to fill out and where you can get them? If your answer to any or all of these questions is "Yes", than you need to know that the FAA publishes a free document titled the "Amateur Built Aircraft Reference Manual", and it is available for free. "But wait, there's more!!!" The FAA has it available to us online, also for free.
